During my time at Alignment Healthcare, I led the UX design for over 40 AVA Systems applications across the Consumer, Provider, Operations, and Clinical modules. These tools support a wide range of internal healthcare workflows and business critical functions. Due to healthcare privacy regulations and company confidentiality policies, most of this work cannot be shared publicly. The examples shown here represent a glimpse, a tiny fraction of the strategy, leadership, and execution I bring to every product, and challenge.
