Currently at BD, I design enterprise interoperability and operational workflows that support clinical data exchange across healthcare systems, EHR platforms, medication management technologies, and pharmacy automation environments. My work focuses on simplifying complex integration processes involving data transformation, data mapping, routing logic, system configuration, operational monitoring, and troubleshooting for technical and operational users.
Previously at Alignment Healthcare, I led UX design for AVA Systems, a connected healthcare ecosystem of more than 40 applications supporting clinical teams, providers, member services, operations teams, brokers, and members. My work also included enterprise operational platforms, clinical workflows, the Member Portal, Broker Portal, Provider Search, enrollment experiences, and other digital products across the healthcare ecosystem.
