I have spent my career designing systems where clarity matters. My work focuses on helping people navigate complex healthcare environments through thoughtful UX, operational understanding, and close collaboration with the teams building and maintaining the technology.
I enjoy solving complicated workflow problems, understanding how systems connect, and turning technical processes into experiences that feel clear, efficient, and usable for the people relying on them every day.

Currently at BD, I design interoperability and configuration workflows supporting clinical data exchange between EHR systems, such as Epic, and connected healthcare technologies including pharmacy automation and medication dispensing platforms. My work supports hospital engineering and technical teams responsible for configuring and maintaining connected healthcare systems.
Previously at Alignment Healthcare, I built and led the UI/UX team while helping shape AVA Systems, a connected ecosystem of more than 40 healthcare applications supporting clinical, operational, provider, broker, and member experiences.
