Previously at Alignment Healthcare, I helped shape AVA Systems, a connected healthcare ecosystem of more than 40 applications. My work included enterprise operational platforms, clinical workflows, the Member Portal, Broker Portal, enrollment experiences, and other digital products supporting clinical teams, providers, member services, operations teams, brokers, and members.
Currently at BD, I design interoperability and operational workflows that enable clinical data exchange between healthcare systems such as Epic, Cerner, McKesson, Meditech, and NextGen, along with connected healthcare technologies and pharmacy automation platforms. I collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and product teams to simplify complex integration processes involving message transformation, data mapping, routing, and system monitoring.
