Operational and Clinical Systems Design Leader

I manage the user experience strategy and interface architecture for enterprise healthcare networks and interoperability platforms. With a proven background in team management, I specialize in leading the design of massive digital ecosystems, having driven the UX strategy for the AVA ecosystem, a network of over 40 applications bridging providers, clinical teams, operations, and members.

My expertise spans both broad platform orchestration and deep technical workflow design. I have a track record of building intuitive interfaces for high-stakes healthcare operations, including claims processing, authorizations, enrollment, CRM infrastructure, and specialized broker/member portals. 


Beyond platform-scale architecture, I design the technical integration layers that make healthcare systems talk to each other. This includes the message transformation workflows, data mapping tools, and interface engines required to safely route critical patient data between major EHRs, like Epic and McKesson, and automated environments like Pyxis Med Station and pharmacy automation.
