I led the design of Alignment Healthcare’s Member Portal from its early stages through its most transformative and innovative evolution. While the latest designs introduced major improvements in usability, personalization, self service, and member engagement. I’m unable to share that work publicly due to healthcare privacy regulations and company policies. However, I can share a few early designs from the Member Portal mobile app, which reflect the foundational UX and UI approach that set the stage for the full transformation.
